CPRD Community Center
Colstrip, Montana
The Colstrip Parks & Recreation District Community Center building was
built in the mid-70's and sided with T-1-11 plywood siding. By the late 80's this building was in extremely poor
shape on the exterior. Stevenson Design came up with an attractive steel siding and re-roof that
not only up-dated the look but reduced exterior maintenance to practically zero. This steel
retrofit won a design award in
Metal Architecture magazine.
