Miles Community College needed additional housing for 48 students and wanted to create something that would also promote more community for those in the dorms. Stevenson Design came up with three 16 bed 4-plexes with a fourth building providing support services such as lounge, study and laundry. Radiant floor heat provides a durable, low maintenance heating system and high-strength "FiberBond" gypsum board provides damage resistant walls at an economical cost.
