Graybar Electric is a 24,000 s.f. sandwich panel tilt-up concrete building. Utilized as a distribution center it has served this client with a high degree of comfort on very minimal heating bills since 1992. Maintenance with an all concrete building is minimal too, and it continues to look as good as when it was built.
