CHAD B. SUTTER

Position: Designer, STEVENSON DESIGN

Responsibilities: Chad works directly with clients to develop building design, is chiefly responsible for interior design including commercial kitchens, does construction document drawing, some specification writing and portions of contract administration.

Education:

  • Graduate Monterey High School, Monterey, California, 1982
  • B.A. Interior Design, Montana State University, Bozeman, Montana, 1992

  • Chairman Historic Preservation Advisory Commission of Gallatin County, Montana, 1990-1992.

Position: Construction Representative, STEVENSON DESIGN.

Primary Responsibilities: On-site construction observation, roofing design and document production, general contract document production, and computer/internet management.

  • 2. A.S. Electronic Technology, Miles Community College, Miles City, Montana 1984

  • 3. Graduate Custer County District High School, Miles City, Montana 1982

  • Interiors Design Engineer, Boeing Commercial Airplane Group, Everett, WA 1989-1998.

  • Stevenson Design site representative for Pine Hills Youth Correctional Facility, a $9 million, 45,000 s.f. youth detention facility constructed 1998-2000.

  • Site Representative for the Pod 5 Addition to Pine Hills Youth Correctional Facility, a $2 million, 9,000 s.f. detention wing.

  • Site Representative for the 24,000 s.f. New Residence Hall on the Miles Community College campus completed in fall of 2003.
